Hesbone is a co-founder of CMC and executive director in charge of overall production and management of the public relations, marketing and technical teams.
He is an engineer by profession, but has extensive interest and experience in training and capacity building for young people. While working as a consultant trainer with The Kenya polytechnic, he participated in capacity building programmes that aimed to promote young people’s talent and harness their potential towards economic empowerment.
As the productions director, he commands special expertise in project development and implementation of programmes particularly those that address the welfare of young people. He has experience in project monitoring and evaluation and is a great advocate for priority setting and continuous improvement of systems.
Hesbone endears himself to young people because of his ability to motivate, as well as his unique skills in crucial conversation, crucial confrontation, and route cause problem solving techniques.
Under His leadership, CMC has produced several documentaries including Kenya Rain Water Association, Safer Nairobi Initiative, the Festival of Dreams and Rabbit –quill.
He is talented in screen and stage play production has seen him produce among others award winning master pieces as The red Spot, The crying stone, The web, Twisted Ends.
